FAQ
APPAREL & T-SHIRTS FAQ
FILE UPLOAD & PRINT QUALITY
Q: What artwork file formats do you accept for apparel printing?
A: We accept high-resolution PNG and PDF files. For the best print quality, artwork should have a transparent background, be saved at 300 DPI, and use CMYK color mode.
Q: How big can my design be on the t-shirt?
A: Standard print sizes depend on the garment size. Keep all crucial details inside the designated safe printable area shown in the design tool.
Q: Do you offer white ink for dark-colored shirts?
A: Yes. For dark garments, a base coat of white ink is printed under your design to ensure colors stay bright, crisp, and vibrant.
Q: Will the printed colors look identical to my screen?
A: Digital screens display colors in RGB (light), whereas physical fabric is printed using CMYK (ink). While we calibrate our printers for high accuracy, slight tonal variations can occur depending on the shirt fabric and color.

GARMENT SIZING & MATERIALS
Q: How do I choose the correct size?
A: Each garment product page includes a detailed sizing chart with chest measurements and lengths. We recommend measuring a t-shirt you already own and comparing it to our size guide before ordering.
Q: What fabric blends do you offer?
A: Our t-shirts and apparel range from 100% combed ring-spun cotton for maximum softness, to 50/50 cotton-poly blends and tri-blends for extra durability and a lightweight feel.
Q: Do your t-shirts shrink after washing?
A: Most of our cotton apparel is pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage. However, minor shrinkage (about 3-5%) may occur if washed or dried on high heat settings.
Q: How should I care for and wash my printed apparel?
A: Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results. Do not iron directly over printed graphics or use bleach.
